At RCC Conveyors, we have a unique approach that minimizes cost while maximizing reliability, customization, and dependability.
We apply what we know. That is, nothing we sell is new to us; we've done it before and bring that experience to your project. Proven concepts, proven designs, proven engineering, proven fabrication, proven service and support. Our knowledge of concrete placement systems runs deep because we designed it.
We are intentionally small. We keep overhead low and experience high so we can deliver the best value.
Our engineering team is scalable, allowing us to dedicate as few as one engineer or many dozens of engineers to a project.
All designs are 3D and parametric using industry-leading tools such as Siemens NX/Unigraphics. Every part, every piece of hardware, every hose, and every fitting is modeled and accounted with complete revision control.
Fabrication takes place in ISO certified shops compatible with our process. Simultaneous fabrication minimizes lead time, and wide ranging manufacturing capability allows wide ranging design possibilities.
